The Dragunov the third DMR that appears in the general field and uses 10 bullets. It has higher recoil compared to other 10-shot DMRs and has a base body damage of 63, which is the highest among all designated marksman rifles except standard firearms, but its rate of fire is 0.4 seconds, which is disastrous compared to the 0.11 of SLR, the most widely used 7.62mm DMR. This weapon can be found at all maps.
