游戏区域（The Playzone）或作竞技区域、战斗区域、安全区域或蓝色区域。Blue Zone等，是《绝地求生》中的一个规则。
游戏区域是以地图上蓝色的线包围的范围为准。玩家如果处在蓝色区域之外，每秒钟会受到伤害，最终杀死玩家。该区域会随着时间逐渐缩小。这一规则是促使玩家之间能提早接触，加速游戏的进行。
